About the Service
Trial package

Upon registration, a trial package is automatically created for API setup. The package name is auto-generated, and you will see its type listed as "Trial" in the corresponding field
The trial package is fully functional plan for email verification. The key differences from regular package are that its tariff plan cannot be changed, and it will be automatically deleted after 100 checks are performed.
Package Settings

Clicking on any package from the list opens its details page. Here you can change the package name and tariff plan, as well as copy or update the API key. By default, each user can have up to 8 active packages. If you've reached this limit, please delete any unused packages. If you require more contact our support team.
Here you can also add or remove allowed IP addresses. If the list is empty, requests can be made from any IP addresses. If you specify at least one IP address, only requests from the specified addresses will be processed. By default, each package can have up to 16 allowed IP addresses. If you've reached this limit, please remove any unused addresses. If you need to allow more IP addresses, please contact our support team.
Package Statistics

This page displays a summary with visual representation. At the top, you'll see a chart illustrating the number of requests over the selected time period
- By 24 hours - number of requests per hour over the last 24 hours
- By week - number of requests per day over the last 7 days
- By month - number of requests per day over the last 30 days
- By year - number of requests per month over the last 12 months
Below the chart, you'll find a summary: total requests, valid emails, and invalid emails. Please note that the summary is general, so changing your tariff plan won't affect it. For example, with the "Temporary Email Check" tariff, an email is considered invalid if the domain is temporary, whereas the "Full Email Verification" tariff also checks domain records and mail server availability. Whitelists and Blacklists

For each package, you can configure whitelist and blacklist. This tool allow you to specify domains that should always be considered valid (whitelist) and domains that should always be considered invalid (blacklist).
For example, if you add gmail.com to your whitelist, emails from this domain will bypass temporary email checks. With the "Temporary Email Check" tariff, such emails will be considered valid, while with the "Full Email Verification" tariff, all subsequent verification steps will still be preformed. The blacklist works similarly. If you add yahoo.com to your blacklist, the "Temporary Email Check" tariff will return a status indicating the domain is blacklisted, and the "Full Email Verification" tariff will skip all further verification for such emails.
Profile settings

The profile page displays your personal information. Here you can change your password and enable low balance notificatons, which are disabled by default. If notificatons are enabled, you can set a balance threshold - when your balance reaches this level, a notificaton email will be sent to your address.
From the additional menu, you can also navigate to the "Balance" page to top up your account and to the "Top-up History" page to view your payment history.
Referral program

This page displays you referral information: current referral balance, earnings from referrals, and the number of invited users. It also contains your referral link and a payout request form.
From the additional menu, you can navigate to the "Earnings history" page, which shows referral activities such as registrations and balance top-ups, and to the "Payout history" page, which displays your earnings withdrawal history.
